If you are not able to join us on one of our regularly scheduled journeys or if you would like to explore a particular culture on your own or with your own private group, we can arrange any program to fit your travel interests and needs.

Private tours are tailored to fit you or your group. Because they are custom designed, the size of a private tour is strictly a function of the number of people you are traveling with. It can range from one person to a family to a large group (or anything in between). We can even arrange your wedding at the base camp of Mt. Everest.

Over the last 25 years of travel we have established close relationships with local guides, lecturers and scholars. On some tours they are even a Buddhist monk or lama who take you into their own private world and culture.
